These Terms of Service apply when you access www.karlensinc.com or place an order with KarLen's Inc. By using the site, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced below.

2. Products and Pricing
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, images, availability, and prices accurately. Colors and appearance may vary depending on the device or display used. If we identify a material pricing or listing error, we may contact the customer, cancel the affected order, and issue any applicable refund to the original payment method.
Prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.
3. Orders and Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Orders are subject to payment authorization, product availability, and verification of the information submitted at checkout.
We may cancel or limit an order because of an unavailable item, a material pricing error, an invalid address, a failed payment authorization, suspected fraud, or another issue that prevents fulfillment. If payment was captured for an order we cancel, the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method. The bank or card issuer determines when the credit appears.
4. Order Changes and Cancellations
You may request an order change or cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order, provided fulfillment has not begun and the order has not shipped. Contact info@karlensinc.com with your order number. Changes or cancellations may not be possible after fulfillment begins.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to addresses in the contiguous 48 United States. We do not ship internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO addresses. Free standard shipping is available for all orders shipped to addresses in the contiguous 48 United States.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping is estimated at 4–7 business days after shipment. Total estimated delivery time is approximately 5–10 business days from the order date, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control. 6. Returns and Refunds
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, an item must meet the eligibility requirements stated in our Refunds & Returns Policy. Contact info@karlensinc.com before sending an item back. For an eligible return, we provide a prepaid return shipping label after the return has been reviewed and authorized.
After we receive and inspect a return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. A bank or card issuer may require additional time before the credit appears.
7. Product Use and Safety
Follow the directions and safety information supplied with each product. Never leave a burning candle or incense unattended. Keep products away from children, pets, and flammable materials. Product-specific details and directions are listed on the applicable product page.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and other original content on this site are owned by KarLen's Inc or used with permission. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without applicable authorization.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for the activity conducted through your account. Contact us if you believe an account has been accessed without authorization. An account is not required to complete a purchase.

We are not responsible for a delay or failure caused by events reasonably outside our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, government actions, labor disruptions, power outages, or widespread service interruptions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Consumer rights that apply under applicable law are not excluded.
18. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last Updated” date. The version posted on the site applies from its stated effective date.
